I believe Abortion "doctors" should have to stand trail for murder(when it becomes illegel of course).  The arguements for this are, of course, it is not illegeal at the time, and they dont think it is wrong.  When nazi's exterminated the jews in germany, it wasnt agaist the law either, and guess what? they didnt think it was wrong... so did we let them just slip by? No! we tryed them for the murder's that they are and I will fight to see the same done in America because our holocaust is twice as deadly, and twice as evil.

hehe, this website should start some contraversy...

Yeah it was wrong at the times, they committed war crimes, I think that there is a law that says that if you do something before it is illegal, then you can't be charged if it is made illegal after the event.  I'm not sure though, one of you political guys probably does(dsa)?  And any way on that same coin you would have to charge the millions of men and women who hired the doctor with whatever you are charged with when you hire a hitman (sorry for my ignorance).

Having abortion doctors stand trial for murder is one of the most absurd ideas I have ever heard.  And even more absurd is the notion that abortion will ever be made illegal, it will not.  Even conservative judges recognize that the right to abortion is settled law.

when you say abortion is a right, technically you are saying that a woman has a right to kill her child. What about the woman who ran her car into a lake with little kids in it ? Should she have went to prison ? What about the teen that had her baby in a motel and dumped it in a trash can ? Or even Jon Benet Ramsey ? Cuz we all know the parents did that. I know your thinking: "its inside the body  during an abortion." My reply to that is : Whether inside of the womb or outside, it breaths, eats, sleeps, thinks, moves, and listens. Inside or out. I agree that doctors should stand trial for murder for performing abortions.

I feel that you are so right. A baby is a living, breathing human being even before they come into this world.  We all started that way.  This Michigan case should be very interesting.

when you say abortion is a right, technically you are saying that a woman has a right to kill her child.

When you say that, you are assuming that whatever is being aborted is a baby.   Some people disagree with that....

What about the woman who ran her car into a lake with little kids in it ? Should she have went to prison ? What about the teen that had her baby in a motel and dumped it in a trash can ?

These are all mute points because you made an assumption that may or may not be true.

Or even Jon Benet Ramsey ?
Cuz we all know the parents did that.

Actually, we don't!  Nothing proved that.  You arrived at this conclusion based on some baises.   Even if they're convicted, which they're not, we still don't know if they actually did it.

I know your thinking: "its inside the body  during an abortion."
My reply to that is : Whether inside of the womb or outside, it breaths, eats, sleeps, thinks, moves, and listens.

You offer absolutely no reasoning for your reply!  This makes it nothing more than... pardon my language... crap!

Inside or out. I agree that doctors should stand trial for murder for performing abortions.

Again, mute point... assumption may or may not be true.
