Right now I'm learning about the judicial branch in govt. class. My teacher was explaining that the supreme court gets to clarify whats constitutional or not. Earlier in the school yr I learned that the Judicial, Legislative, and Executive branch are supposed to have equal powers. I think the Judicial branch has the most power. they get to declare ANYTHING the executive branch unconstitutional same with the lgislative branch. The executive and legislative branch cant do anythin to the Judicial. The supreme court does it by there own opinion.
Example: Roe v. Wade. That is when they legalized abortion. One of the supreme court justices said I am a supreme court justices i can do whatever I want.

What do the rest of yall think?

If we can't spam aloud, can we do it quietly.

I think you must not go to a very good school or must have a pretty bad teacher if you are truly repeating what they said.  You might want to read the U.S. Constitution, it will tell you what powers each branch has and what the limitations on each branch of government is according to the laws of the country.

I have a good school with the best teacher. I had to memorize all the ammendments and what each article was about. i know they have limitations, but they can still declare anything constitutional or not.

If you have read the constitution then you know what steps can be taken if the supremes do rule a law unconstitutional.  So no, they do not have the most power or the final say.
