Nope.  Don't have any against murder, adultery, rape, incest, etc. that don't include religion either.

Any non-religious person (yes, my goodness, they do exist) can see what is wrong with murder, adultery, rape and incest.

People's empathy and compassion for others lets them see why murder is wrong - they would not want themselves or anyone they love to die/be killed and most would therefore never wish it upon anyone else. Hence, murder is seen as wrong.

Again, empathy plays a role in why most people look upon adultery as wrong - it is a betrayel and hurts those who are being betrayed emotionally and psychologically - and people can again see that they would not want such a thing to happen to themselves or anyone they love, nor anyone else for that matter.

Rape is looked upon as wrong again due to the empathy held by people - it hurts people physically, emotionally and psychologically and most people would never wish it upon anyone.

Incest is a more layered issue - many picture incest as being an adult preying on an innocent child within their family. This is of course viewed as wrong by most people as it hurts the child physically, emotionally and psychologically. If, however, the incest occurs between two consenting adult individuals, many people may simply view it as wrong as they would find it unsettling to picture themselves doing it and could probably not relate to it (ignorance breeds fear, and fear breeds hatred).

So yes, the Bible need not have a say in why murder, adultery, rape and incest are wrong - most people can see for themselves without its help. All these things hurt people, and hence society can see that they should not be done. Homosexuality, on the other hand, hurts no one - hence the many people who accept it as okay and do not persecute those who are homosexual.

Murder is the violation of the right to life.
Adultery is the breaking of a contract.
Rape is the violation of the right of privacy and property.
Incest may result in deformations in future generations. (This becomes more likely as more generations involve themselves in incest.)
