1. Braveheart - I have never seen a movie that made me so inspired to find something that I was willing to die for.  It takes a great movie to do that.

2.  The Lord of the Rings- The Fellowship of the Ring-  It didnt follow the book exactly so it comes in second, but i think it is one of the greatest stories ever told, not to mention the father of all modern fantasy.

3. The Princess Bride- I have never met anyone who didnt like it.  A timeless classic that never gets old.

the deer hunter was weird...remember when they where prisoners and had to play russian roulette and the vietnamese would hit them and yell "mouw"(prounounced like wow) i asked a vietnamese dude what it meant and it means to hurry...just a thought but i liked the movie. Very emotional

I love WAR MOVIES! Top Gun ( it has f-14 Tomcats in it!!!), saving private ryan, black hawk down. I also love any movies with mel gibson in it. Finally, I love old movies, Casablanca, ect.
