If evolution is invalid, why are so many successful predictions made based on it?
Tiktaalik Rosea was discovered based on evidence of evolution.  Here's one well known and reletively recent example, from here:
Tiktaalik

"In 2004 they found a site laden with interesting fish pieces and began digging.  A wealth of complete fish skeletons began to emerge.  Each year they returned and dug a little deeper.  Ultimately, the site produced Tiktaalik in 2004!  Not only was it exciting to find a new species, but it was made all the better by the fact that scientists had predicted the existance of a creature like this all along.  We only needed to do some detective work to find it.  Another affirmation of our theory!"

If evolution isn't valid, how did these scientists find tiktaalik using evolutionary interpretations of the eviidence?  This is only one example of thousands.  Please explain to us how this happened.  Then please show us some practical biological predictions creationism has made and how they were verified.

Thats easy!

Based on Gen 1:7 creation predicts that if we send a flying machine high enough into the sky it will either crash into the firmament (assuming it is solid) or somehow pass through through the firmament into a vast body of water.

Now, now, waterboy, I did say BIOLOGICAL predictions.  Now would you claim be an astronomical prediction?  And just where did all that water beyond the firmament go?  We know it was real because it says so in the Bible...

How about the evolution of the whale/dophin?  Evolution predicts that there should be transitional fossils showing the change of mammals from land to sea, since TOE states that mammals originally evolved on land.

And so there are transitional fossils that show just this!  I believe Wisp mentioned one in another thread.

I'm not a big fan of You Tube, but here is a nice summary of whale evolution:

It seems no creationists can answer this question, if evolution is not valid, how come it makes such accurate predictions?

I'll add another one - hominid fossils show a trend toward more modern-day humans over time.

And mammals evolving from reptiles.

And then we find the echidna and the platypus! Egg laying mammals!

Poor creationists.

If i was a creationist, and was shown this evidence, i'd say "Fuck it. Either Evolution is true, or God Himself wants me to believe it is."

Would we see a mammal by the water's edge "suddenly" start breathing underwater(w/camera effect of course)?

I find it interesting that no creationist wants to address this claim.  They huff and puff about no evolutionary predictions being valid but when you show them a rock solid, specific example, like Tiktaalik, they run for the hills.  So I thought I'd get this post going again and give them another chance...

The Tiktaalik is a condensation of the emanations of our combined egos.

It's not about animals, reality, genes, facts, science, knowledge, learning... None of that stuff.

It's our ego.

That's the new "best they can do".
