If the state is able to prove by sound evidence criminals guilty of some felonies, it can "assassinate" them.

I'm not sure of acepoly is refering to the death penalty, or not. The problem is this. If the state can sanction assasinations then what's the differences between American sanctioned assasinations and the assasinations sanctioned by other countries?
