Should we worry about gun deaths or all deaths? If you have no guns but have  2000 murders a year, is that better than having 1000 murders a year with 800 of them being gun related?

since guns are not the leading cause of death in the US perhaps you might consider doing away with cars and swimming pools first before attacking a piece of metal that in itself is nothing but an inanimate object... it is not the gun, remember that it is the person with intent that does the bad thing..
